Without a doubt, creating a meal for a legend like Eastman comes as a tall order. The Eastmans family has established a multiple generation legacy that probes into the very heart of the American West. When we were creating a meal with Ike we wanted it to be something classic, but something elevated and done in a way that no one has ever done before. For Ike's meal we have created Beef Stroganoff that is cooked from scratch by our chef's. The history of a backcountry meal like stroganoff dates back generations much like the Eastman family, but that is where the nostalgia ends. This meal is something truly unique, chef-crafted in our very own kitchen using premium ingredients, cooked to perfection as a complete dish BEFORE being freeze dried.
